Whiskey Ridge Recording, in business since 1990, actually started ten years earlier when owner/engineer, Mark Hibbert, moved from Seattle to the quiet countryside east of Marysville, Washington, setting up an 8-track Otari tape recorder and the other gear needed to round out a personal-use demo studio.
It wasn't long before other musicians were asking to record their demos, and as technology moved along w/ADATs and more affordable, higher quality mics, mixers, effects and the like, Mark's passion for recording and subsequent investments in gear prompted the decision to open the studio on a full-time basis.
Today, Whiskey Ridge Recording is a 32-track (and growing) project studio that has done a very wide variety of projects, which can be seen and heard as you look around the website ... enjoy, and be in touch! |
